A Stellar Night at San Beda College Alabang

ORGANIZED by Eureka, Tertiary Schools’ official Math and Science organization, a stargazing event took place on the campus grounds last Feb. 24-25, intending to uncover the origin and meaning of the stars and constellations, bringing teachers, students, and astronomy experts together.

A Melodic Celebration: The Unveiling of the SBCA Pipe Organs

“Today, we celebrate the harmonious union of tradition and innovation as this exceptional music instrument is at the heart of our esteemed institution,” Dr. Maria Kathleen Tiglao, the Director of the Institutional Advancement Division, said in her opening remarks during the Unveiling Ceremony of the San Beda College Alabang (SBCA) Pipe Organ and Concerto Prelude last Feb. 12 at the Fr. Roberto De Jesus Auditorium.

PFC Fosters Parent-Teacher Positive Communication

“Now is an extraordinary time for us to become parents and teachers [of] our children [as they] are [being] flooded with too much information and disinformation that can be easily accessed through the web and social media, which brings serious concerns for all of us,” said Ms. Do An Miranda, the Tertiary School’s Parent Faculty Council (PFC) President, during the seminar held at Rosendo Herrera Hall last Jan. 19 with the topic, ‘A Discussion on Positive Communication for Teachers and Parents.’
