WITH a makeshift ring in the center of the Manny Reyes Hall and rambutan served to the students of entrepreneurship, the Bedan Entrepreneurs Society (BES) held their General Assembly last Oct. 18. The theme, “Rambutan: Bedan Entrepreneurs Society Members Onboarding” is a tongue-in-cheek reference among the officers of the organization; reminiscing on many different rambulan trends during the pandemic and then later becoming online rambulan.

JPIA celebrates the triumph of new CPA passers
TO celebrate the lights of triumph, the SBCA Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) had a testimonial dinner in honor of the new Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examinations (CPALE) passers at the Manny Reyes Hall last Oct. 12 with the theme, “Luminate: Celebrating the Lights of Triumph.” On the same day, a Thanksgiving mass for the upcoming CPALE takers scheduled on Oct. 25 to 27 was presided over by Rev. Fr. Gerardo Ma. De Villa, OSB, SBCA Rector President at the St. Benedict Chapel.

Senior high school and college students are invited to attend the event, which will gather various student publications from different schools.
Love Languages: Celebrating Mental Health Week at the BPS General Assembly
WORLD Mental Health Day is on Oct. 10, and to celebrate, the Bedan Psychological Society (BPS) held its General Assembly on Oct. 9, 2024. The theme of the event was “Love Languages,” and it aimed to bring awareness to mental health struggles and to celebrate the Psychology department’s achievements this year.

Dressing Up for Success at the JBMA General Assembly 2024
“You may or may not have chosen this course, but it chose you,” said Prof. Carlo Hebron, guest speaker, to the Junior Bedan Marketing Association (JBMA) at their General Assembly last Oct.11 at the Rosendo Herrera Hall. The JBMA set the stage for their freshmen’s exciting academic year ahead. EMPOWERING students to make healthy choices and become advocates for the prevention of hazing and substance abuse, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), in collaboration with Eureka, the official Math and Science Organization of the Tertiary Schools, launched a seminar on “The Dangers of Hazing and Substance Abuse, and the Anti-Smoking Campaign of Muntinlupa City.” The 2-in-1 seminar partnered with the Junior Bedan Law Circle, Bedan Psychological Society, and Beda.Comm held last Oct. 9 at the Fr. FOR the first time, the Bedan Electoral Committee (BELCOM) announced that they would establish an appointment process for the vacant positions on the Student Executive Council (SEC). Although previous statements stated that no further action would be taken, the Committee reassessed the situation and determined it was necessary.
