THE red-blooded skills and determination together with the loudest roar from the crowd, the San Beda College Alabang (SBCA) Girl’s Futsal Team left no room for doubts as they made their goal to a 19-0 victory in their match against La Salle College Antipolo (LSCP) at Assumption College San Lorenzo last Nov. 11.
The game kicked off with the Alabang Lady Booters of SBCA utilizing strong tactics while adhering to the principles of their coach Ron Seto to find great strategies from the opponent's mistakes. The team then prevailed with their superior strategies, securing the win.
In an interview with THE BEDAN HERALD, Yesha Natividad (Grade 12-HUMSS), the team’s captain and goalkeeper, stated the team’s thought process in every move of their game. “Siguro para saken yung dedication talaga yung pagmamahal sa ginagawa namin, yung eagerness namin na manalo para sa pagmamahal namin- para narin sa honor na gusto namin ibigay sa San Beda,” she said.
After losing against Miriam College last Oct. 29, the girls' Futsal team reclaimed the title, bringing the win back to their den. Watch the Girl’s Futsal Team continue wiping the field in their next game against De La Salle Santiago Zobel on Nov. 26 at Assumption College.
