THE Philippine League of Legends national team secured one of two Southeast Asia/Oceania qualifying spots on June 21, earning a berth in the Esports Nations Cup (ENC) 2026, which will take place from Nov. 21 to 29 at the STC Esports Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

The PHI League of Legends team lineup consists of Top Laner Reven “Relhia” Aloi, Jungler Joshua “Devoured” Escucharo, Mid Laner Cherv Zildjan "Agrona" Dorado, Bot Laner Kyle "Dawn" Somera, Support Jan "Cresho" Hortizuela, Substitute Jungler Edrian "DoeDoii" Brancia, and Head Coach Ralph Andrei “Leathergoods” Llabres.

The Filipinos opened the qualifiers with a victory over Guam before dropping to the lower bracket after a loss to New Zealand. They bounced back with consecutive wins against Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore to clinch the second qualifying berth for the tournament.

The Philippines joins New Zealand and representatives from Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, and South America in the 32-team tournament after advancing through their respective regional qualifiers.

The team's qualification drew widespread support from Filipino fans on social media, marking the country's return to the international League of Legends stage for the first time since Mineski competed in the League of Legends World Championship Season 3 in 2013.
