AMIDST a global pandemic, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Youth Engagement Summit (AYES) was held last July 16-18 via Zoom. AYES International was formed in 2017 to train student leaders, future managers, and entrepreneurs as well as to build meaningful relationships and connections. More than 10,000 leaders have now been trained by the organization.

SBCA Launches New Student Portal to Streamline Enrollment Process
ADAPTING to needs of online enrollment, the College launched a new student portal aimed at facilitating transactions during the first semester enrollment of AY ‘21-’22 last July 13-15. Prior to the portal’s launch, enrollment guidelines from the Office of the Registrar were posted on the Student Executive Council’s (SEC) Facebook page explaining the use of the portal to CAS students.
CAS Holds Second Virtual Graduation
CELEBRATING the achievements of the newest batch of CAS graduates, members of the community participated in the Baccalaureate Mass and the 23rd Commencement Exercises of the CAS last July 7. Because of quarantine restrictions, only those delegated with specific tasks were invited to participate onsite in the St. Benedict Chapel but the ceremony was live streamed in the official Facebook page of SBCA. This is the second virtual graduation of the CAS.
