AS the month of February comes to an end, reminiscing the joys of spending Valentine’s Day with your loved one will truly be remembered every year. Whether single or taken during Valentine’s Day, each of us has their own standards when it comes to choosing their partners whether they are the exact epitome of our ideal types or they are just lovable that you tend to ignore your standards because you don’t want to waste your chances on falling in love. And that’s fine, because we must never settle for less.

LET’S be honest, Axie Infinity and other NFT-based online video games are taking the world by storm right before our eyes. NFTs or Non-Fungible Tokens are digital “tokens” that represent real-world objects like art, music, in-game items and videos commonly bought and sold online. These NFTs are now being used in blockchain games like Farmers World, Splinterlands and the popular game of today, Axie Infinity. Founded by a Vietnamese studio called Sky Mavis, Axie Infinity became popular almost instantly due to its “play to earn” mechanism which made everyone curious to try.

DESPITE the health and safety protocols mandated by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), people continuously swarm in the P389-million project famously known as the Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach. Back in 2020, the said project was heavily criticized as it was constructed during the height of the pandemic and it faced environmental issues such as using crushed dolomite stones to create the white sand effect.

CURRENT President Rodrigo Duterte has been vocal of his openness to run again for a seat in the national government in the upcoming 2022 elections. Last Sept. 23, he officially accepted his nomination to participate in the vice presidential race. A faction of the PDP-Laban led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi made the nomination. Correspondingly, the political party released a photo of the signed Certificate of Nomination and Acceptance.
